ALIGNMENT KICKBOARD
The Alignment Kickboard uses a hydrodynamic design to improve body position. The stabilizing hand strap allows complete control of the board without gripping, creating a perfect alignment from the fingertips to the toes. When used properly, the Alignment Kickboard sits just below the waterline so swimmers can lengthen their body without kicking at an incline. Shorter in design, the Alignment Kickboard puts less pressure on shoulders as compared to standard kickboards. A great training tool, the board can be used to do one arm and side kicking drills in addition to normal kicking. When paired with a snorkel, the Alignment Kickboard encourages proper head alignment and improves overall technique.

L'Aligment Quickboard utilise une conception hydrodynamique pour améliorer la position du corps. La sangle de stabilisation permet un contrôle complet de la planche sans préhension, créant un alignement parfait du bout des doigts aux orteils. Lorsqu'elle est utilisée correctement, la planche d'alignement se trouve juste en dessous de la ligne de flottaison, ce qui permet aux nageurs d'allonger leur corps sans avoir à donner des coups de pied en pente. De conception plus courte, le Alignment Kickboard exerce moins de pression sur les épaules que les planches à pied standard. Das Alignment Kickboard verwendet ein hydrodynamisches Design zur Verbesserung der Körperposition. Bei richtiger Anwendung sitzt das Ausrichtungskickboard knapp unter der Wasserlinie, so dass Schwimmer ihren Körper verlängern können, ohne an einer Schräge zu treten. Das kürzere Design des Ausrichtungskickboards übt im Vergleich zu herkömmlichen Kickboards weniger Druck auf die Schultern aus.
